France has well chapp accuracy the rcession with the troisime quarter by recording a growth of 0,1%, according to a deuxime provided estimate Monday by INSEE, which confirms first rsultats publis mid-November.
Aprs to have enregistr a retreat of its product rough intrior (GDP) of 0,3% with the deuxime quarter, France quickly thus a deuxime conscutif quarter of fall of the GDP, which marks, according to the dfinition communment allowed, enters it in rcession of a conomy.
According to INSEE, the asset of growth of France for 2008 remains of 1,0% with the troisime quarter. The asset of growth is the level of GDP which one is Sr that it will be reached, except in the event of rcession during the following quarters.
But it should be a question only of one deferment of trs short hard. In its dernires prvisions, the Statistical institute thus expects what France rocks in the rcession with the dbut of the nearest Anne for the premire time since 1993: it prvoit a collapse of its GDP of 0,8% at the last quarters 2008, followed by a new retreat of 0,4% at the first quarter 2009.
On the whole, the growth should reach 0,8% in 2008, according to INSEE.

For 2009, it maintains its prvision of growth in a fork ranging between 0,2% and 0,5%, grce the escompt effect of the revival program franais, as well as other europens plans.
